3 weeks later
It's been a while, Sam. Come in this week and we'll double your points.
How it works
Four moments. No app to download, no card to lose.
Your customer only ever needs their phone's camera and their text messages. Your staff only ever need a tablet at the counter.
1 · SCAN
They scan once
A card by the register. Name, number, a checkbox, done. Their welcome reward lands by text before they've paid.
2 · EARN
Every visit counts
Points stack automatically — by visit, or by dollar if we connect your register. They can text POINTS any time to check.
3 · RETURN
We bring them back
Rewards unlock, birthdays get a treat, and anyone who's gone quiet for 30 days gets a nudge with an offer. All automatic.
4 · VOUCH
They say so publicly
When a reward gets redeemed, a text asks for a Google review with a one-tap link — while they're holding something free you just gave them.
What you get
A branded QR card, table tent, and window cling — printed and ready
Automatic reward, birthday, and win-back texts in your voice
One-tap promo blasts: "slow Tuesday? send a deal to your gold members"
Order-ready texts: tap Ready at the counter and their phone says so — switch it on for a rush, off after
Google review requests sent at the moment they're happiest, and a weekly count of what it produced
A weekly report: new members, visits, redemptions, revenue brought back
Live in about an hour after a 20-minute setup call
What your customers get
Something free on day one
Points they can check by texting one word
A text when a reward is ready — nothing to remember
A text when their order is up — no number to type at the register
A birthday treat
No app, no login, no punch card in a drawer somewhere
One-word opt-out, any time
Google reviews
The part that keeps paying after the visit is over.
Repeat visits are what you feel this month. Reviews are what decides whether the next person finds you at all — and your regulars are the people most likely to leave a good one.
Asked at the right moment
Most shops ask at the counter, when staff remember, of whoever is standing there. We ask the customer who just redeemed a reward, by text, with a link that opens the review box in one tap. If they don't get to it, we ask again months later — up to three times, then never again.
And measured
Your weekly report opens with your review count, what you've gained since the day we set you up, and what your star rating has done. Read from Google, not from us — check it against your own Business Profile any time.
What we will not do
We never pay for reviews, and we never screen customers by how happy they are before showing them the link. Plenty of "reputation" tools send a thumbs-up/thumbs-down first and route only the happy ones to Google.
Google prohibits both, and penalizes your Business Profile for it — not the vendor who set it up. Everyone who reaches the milestone gets the same message, and it invites an unhappy customer to reply to the text instead. That reaches you directly, before it reaches the internet.

What one extra visit a month is worth
Slide the numbers to match your shop. This is an illustration, not a promise — your results depend on your offers and your regulars.

Plans
Two plans. The difference is your register.
Both include the QR pieces, every automatic text, the weekly report, and the compliance handled. What changes is whether points follow real spend automatically.

The fine print, handled
Texting customers has rules. We follow all of them for you.
Carrier registration
Your business is registered with the carriers before the first text goes out, so messages actually get delivered instead of silently filtered.
Written consent
Every member ticks a clear opt-in box when they scan. We keep the timestamped proof. We never text a list you "already have."
Opt-out
Reply STOP ends it instantly. HELP gets help. Both are honored automatically — no one at your shop has to do anything.
Timing & volume
No texts before 8am or after 9pm in the customer's time zone, and never more than four marketing messages a month.
Next step
See it on your own counter.
Fifteen minutes. We'll scan a card together and you'll get the first text before we hang up.
